AmanaShip is a US-to-Morocco shipping service built specifically for Moroccan families. You send your package to our Boston facility and we group it with other shipments for cost-efficient, safe delivery to your family anywhere in Morocco. No upfront payment required.
Which cities in the US do you pick up from?
You can send your package to our Boston facility from anywhere in the US using FedEx, USPS, or DHL. We serve customers in New York, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington D.C., and all other US cities.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery to Morocco typically takes 2 to 6 weeks from the time we receive your package at our Boston facility. We use a grouped shipping model which keeps costs low. You’ll receive tracking updates throughout the process.
Do you ship anywhere in Morocco?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès, Tangier, Agadir, Meknès, Oujda, and surrounding areas. Contact us for smaller cities or rural areas.
How does shipping work?
You send your package to our Boston location using FedEx, USPS, or DHL. We then consolidate shipments and deliver them directly to your family in Morocco.

We group shipments together to reduce costs and ensure safe, reliable delivery. This consolidation model keeps prices affordable for everyone.

How do I book a shipment?
Fill out our shipping request form β it takes less than 2 minutes. No payment is required upfront. Once we review your request, we’ll send you our Boston facility address and instructions.
What can I send?
You can send gifts, clothes, shoes, electronics, personal items, books, school supplies, small household goods, and family essentials. Contact us if you’re unsure about a specific item.
What items are prohibited?
We cannot ship liquids, flammable materials, perishable food, live animals, cash or currency, weapons, or any items prohibited by US or Moroccan customs law.
Do I need to package my items myself?
Yes, please make sure your items are securely packed before sending them to our Boston facility. Use sturdy boxes and wrap fragile items carefully.
Customs & Documents
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We take care of all customs documentation and clearance on both the US and Morocco sides. You don’t need to worry about paperwork β our team handles everything for you.
Will my family have to pay customs duties?
Personal gifts sent to family are generally exempt from Moroccan customs duties up to a certain value. Business shipments may be subject to import taxes. We’ll advise you based on your specific shipment.
What documents do I need to provide?
We’ll ask for a list of items and their approximate values when you book. For official documents (passports, contracts, legal papers), we may need additional info to ensure proper customs handling.
Tracking & Delivery
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your package is received and processed at our Boston facility, you’ll receive a tracking number and real-time updates at every key milestone.
Will my family be notified when the package arrives?
Yes. We send an SMS notification in Arabic to the recipient in Morocco so they know exactly when to expect their delivery.
What happens if no one is home at delivery?
Our local team in Morocco will contact the recipient to reschedule delivery at a convenient time. We never leave without confirming receipt.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the weight and dimensions of your package. Because we use grouped shipping, our rates are much lower than standard international couriers. You get a clear quote before anything is charged β no hidden fees.
Do I pay upfront?
No. You submit your request first, we contact you with a quote, and payment is only collected after you approve and we receive your package at our facility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Zelle. Payment is collected after your shipment is confirmed.
